MYC
MYC (Minnesota Youth Convention) is October 21-23, 2010 in Rochester, MN. It’s a gathering of nearly 4,000 students and leaders from all over the state at the Mayo Civic Center. MYC includes great music and speakers who will engage and challenge students to live to the fullest of their potential. We will also be hanging out at the Rochester Athletic Club late Friday night and will also be in the dodgeball tournament. The Club has volleyball and basketball courts, mini golf, dodgeball and more. We are staying at the Super 8 Fairgrounds which has offers a continental breakfast and a pool.
The cost of MYC will be set in the summer of 2010 and it includes hotel, transportation, registration, and late night activities. Students will need to bring spending money for 3 meals, a swimsuit, and clothes for cool weather and the athletic club.
